Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Radio Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is responsible for developing new business relationships, managing client accounts, and creating customized advertising solutions across radio, digital, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify client needs and present tailored advertising and marketing solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with programming and digital teams to execute campaigns
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications

 

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or media sales is a plus
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
