1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

This promotion is sponsored by Rick Bartalini Presents ("Sponsor").

The promotion is administered by KKOL-FM and Mālama Media Group ("Administrator").

All decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final and made by the Administrator.

    2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the State of Hawaii who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

    3. ENTRY PERIOD

The promotion begins on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:00 AM HST and ends on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM HST ("Entry Period").

Administrator's system is the official timekeeping device.

    4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter through either or both of the following methods:

A. Social Media Entry

To enter through KKOL-FM's official Facebook or Instagram account:

• Follow KKOL-FM
• Follow @rickbartalinipresents
• Like the official contest post
• Share the official contest post
• Tag the person you would bring to the concert in the comments

All five requirements must be completed to receive one (1) eligible entry.

Limit one (1) social media entry per account during the Entry Period.

B. Text-to-Win Entry

Text the keyword JOURNEY to 808-863-0323 during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) text entry per phone number per day during the Entry Period.

Message and data rates may apply.

Participants may enter through both methods if eligible.

Automated, scripted, bulk, or mechanically reproduced entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

    5. SMS DISCLOSURE

By entering via text message, entrants agree to receive reply text messages related to the promotion.

    6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

    7. PRIZES

Four (4) winners will each receive:

• One (1) pair of tickets (two tickets) to see Journey live

Venue:
Neal S. Blaisdell Arena
Honolulu, Hawaii

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize pair: $155.50.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $622.00.

Prize conditions:

• Tickets are subject to venue policies and event rules.
• No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption permitted except at Sponsor's discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

    8. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Four (4) winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will take place on Friday, June 26, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM HST.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

    9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE PICKUP

Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter or by return text message to the phone number used to enter.

All winners will be notified no later than 9:45 AM HST on June 26, 2026.

Winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

During normal business hours.

A valid government-issued photo identification matching the winner's name may be required to claim prizes.

    10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree that KKOL-FM, Mālama Media Group, and Rick Bartalini Presents may use their name, likeness, city of residence, social media username, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

    11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By participating, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility related to this promotion.

    12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, government action, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or undelivered entries.

    13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

    14. GOVERNING LAW

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Hawaii.
