1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
All contests are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise specified:
- Open to legal residents of the State of Hawaii
- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
- Must possess valid government-issued identification
Ineligible participants include:
- Employees of Mālama Media Group, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family/household members
4. CONTEST PERIOD
Each contest will have a defined start and end date/time (“Contest Period”), which will be announced on-air, online, or via social media.
Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Entry methods may include (but are not limited to):
- On-air call-in contests
- Website entry forms
- Mobile apps
- Social media (likes, shares, follows, comments, hashtags)
- Text message or keyword entry
All entries must follow the instructions provided for that specific contest.
Incomplete, late, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
6. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
- Limit one (1) entry per person per contest unless otherwise stated
- Limit one (1) winner per household every 30 days across all Mālama Media Group stations
- Multiple accounts, automated entries, or fraudulent methods are prohibited
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
- Winners will be selected at random or based on contest criteria
- Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries
- Potential winners will be contacted via phone, email, DM, or other method used to enter
If a winner:
- Cannot be contacted
- Fails to respond within required timeframe
- Is deemed ineligible

8. PRIZES
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
- Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt
9. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

- Sign an affidavit of eligibility
- Provide valid identification
- Complete IRS Form W-9 (if applicable)
Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

11. CONDUCT & DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false information
- Violates contest rules
- Engages in fraud, tampering, or abuse
Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
12. TECHNICAL ISSUES
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
- Technical failures (internet, phone, app, etc.)
- Delays in broadcast or streaming transmission
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:
Mālama Media Group and its stations, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or prize use.

For contests conducted via social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok):

3. CONTEST PERIOD
The promotion begins on Monday, August 17, 2026, and ends on Friday, August 28,
2026 (“Contest Period”).
Contest opportunities will occur each weekday, Monday through Friday, during the
Contest Period between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM HST.
There will be a maximum of ten (10) qualifying opportunities during the Contest Period.
Administrator’s system is the official timekeeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Each weekday during the Contest Period, Decades 107.9 will air a designated Journey
contest sounder sometime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM HST.
When the designated contest sounder airs, listeners must call 808-863-0323.
The first eligible caller whose call is answered by the station following the designated
contest sounder will become that day’s qualifier and will be registered for the final prize
drawing.
Calling before the designated contest sounder airs does not qualify.
Being the first eligible caller makes the listener a qualifier for the final drawing and does
not mean that the caller has won a prize.
A maximum of one (1) qualifier will be registered each weekday during the Contest
Period.
No social media, text-message, website, mail-in, or other method of entry will be
accepted for this promotion.
5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
A maximum of ten (10) qualifiers may be registered during the Contest Period.

The determination of the first eligible caller will be made solely by Administrator based
upon the station’s telephone system and records.
Listeners should not attempt to participate while operating a motor vehicle or in any
situation in which making a telephone call would be unsafe or unlawful.
